Ingredients:
1) Maple Lodge Farms Extra Lean Ground Chicken 1 lb/500g
2) Onion Chopped 1
3) Clove Garlic, Minced 1
4) Olive Oil 1 tbsp/15ml
5) Crushed tomatoes 28oz/796mL Can
6) Grated carrot 1/2 cup/125mL
7) Spaghetti, cooked and drained 1 lb/500g
Salt and Pepper |

Method:
1. In skillet, cook onion and garlic in oil until softened.
2. Add chicken and cook, breaking up with back of spoon, for about 5 minutes.
3. Add tomatoes, carrot and seasoning.
4. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
5. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
6. Makes 4 servings. |
