CHOCOLATE BISCUIT MOSS

Ingredients:

thick cream 340gm
sugar 50gm
chocolate powder 90gm
grated digestive biscuits 105gm
coffee powder 5gm
warm water 5ml
grated digestive biscuits(for topping) 27gm

Method:
1. whip the cream, sugar, chocolate powder and the grated digestive biscuits together and leave aside.
2. dissolve the coffee in the warm water and add it to the mixture & mix it well with the spoon and place the mixture in glass or in the bowl.
3. top it with grated biscuits and refrigerate for 2 hours then decorate and serve.
4. you can decorate it with grated chocolate and pinch of icing sugar over the chocolate.
