The two suspects accused of trying to extort millions of dollars from John Travolta have pleaded not guilty in court.
Ambulance driver Tarino Lightbourne and ex Bahamas senator Pleasant Bridgewater were alleged to have teamed up in a 25-million-dollar plot to extort money from Travolta and his wife over information related to their 16-year-old son Jett’’s death.
While Lightbourne was charged with attempted extortion, Bridgewater was left facing abatement to extort charges, reports Contactmusic.
The duo, released on 50,000-dollar bail, has pleaded not guilty to the charges in a Bahamian court on April 28.
They are slated to next appear in court on September 21

And at the film’s premiere on April 25, Hines, 43, gave a thumbs-up to plastic surgery.

Danielle Bux has got the cooking bug following her Hell’s Kitchen appearance – she wants to open a gastropub with fiancé Gary Lineker.
During her time on the ITV1 hit show, the stunning model learned about food from Michelin-starred chef Marco Pierre White, 47.
Now, she is determined to recreate her time on the series and wants Lineker to open a gastropub with her.
“I love everything about being in the kitchen,” the Daily Star quoted her as saying.
“It was absolutely amazing and as soon as I got home I said to Gary that I want us to open a pub together. I really have got the bug for it.
“Being in the celebrity kitchen was like having a second family.
“We all stuck together and achieved something, it would be great to do that with Gary.
“I’m not sure how good he would be though, after all, he did almost set fire to our kitchen once,” she added.

Mumbai: Adding fuel to growing reports of apparent disharmony in the Kolkata Knight Riders camp, team owner and Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan on Wednesday, ‘deserted the sinking ship’ and returned to India.
Talking to media-persons on landing at the Mumbai airport, Shah Rukh admitted that it had been painful for him to watch his team lose. “I am feeling sad for the boys because there is a lot of talent in the team. There is a lot of hard work to be done.”
Shah Rukh, who was expected to return to South Africa after casting his vote in April 30 General Elections, said that he will go back only when his team starts winning again. “If they do well I will go back.”
Kolkata Knight Riders are scheduled to play Vijay Mallya’s Bangalore Royal Challengers later on Thursday.
Shah Rukh backed current skipper Brendon McCullum as the right man to lead, but did admit that the Kiwi needed to get some runs under his belt. “McCullum is fantastic. I just think he needs to get cracking with the bat. He needs to get out this bad run and come back into form. But then I think he will get back and get out of it.”
The diplomatic Khan also praised Sourav Ganguly’s performance in South Africa. “As always Dada is doing fantastic and very well. But the team needs to click together so as soon as they do that then they will win.”
Shah Rukh is currently Indian film industry’s top superstar and is easily amongst the most media savvy actor ever. He is known to use every marketing ploy in the book to sell his movies. But for all the PR skills and media blitzkrieg that have been associated with his team, the Kolkata Knight Riders are languishing at the bottom rung of the IPL points table after dishing out one insipid performance after another.

Snoop Dogg has told jurors in a California court that he didn’t hit a man during a 2005 concert in Washington.
The rap star is being sued by Richard Monroe Jr, who claims that Dogg and his entourage seriously injured him when he came on stage during a concert in Seattle.
However, Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, has denied the allegations, insisting he went back to his tour bus immediately after Monroe jumped on stage and was tackled by security.
He added that Monroe has only himself to blame for whatever injuries he may have sustained and added that he should not have gotten onstage.
“The best way for the injuries not to have occurred (was) for him (Monroe) to stay in his seat and enjoy the show like the rest of the fans,” Contactmusic quoted Dogg as telling the court.
Monroe is seeking 22 million dollars in damages from the rapper.

Hollywood actor Hugh Jackman took a cold shower every morning to prepare for his character Wolverine.
The actor made sure that he was psyched for the filming by taking an ice-cold shower everyday.
“It’’s surprisingly easy to find that inner rage. I do a little trick every morning. I stumbled upon this on X-Men 1. I had to get rid of my hairspray first thing in the morning but my wife was asleep and there was no hot water, it was the middle of Toronto winter,” Contactmusic quoted him as saying.
“I turned the water on and was waiting and I got in and I couldn”t make a noise. I don”t know how it was running; it was that cold. After 20 to 30 seconds I thought, ”This is exactly how Wolverine feels all the time.” It’’s that inner rage but you can”t yell or do anything,” he added.
Jackman added that the excruciating cold shower has become a ‘superstition’ for him
