Popstar Lady Gaga showed off her new tattoo on her arm during her trip to Japan.

The ‘Poker Face’ hitmaker has inked a curling script in German, which is attributed to the poet Rainer Maria Rilke, who the star has named as her “favourite philosopher”.

“It says ”In the deepest hour of the night, confess to yourself that you would die if you were forbidden to write. And look deep into your heart where it spreads its roots, the answer, and ask yourself, must I write?” When you are an artist, your solitude is a lonely place that you embrace,” Contactmusic quoted Gaga as saying.

The 23-year-old is currently touring Asia to promote her debut album, The Fame.

Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan is currently in Singapore to stand by his ailing pal Samajwadi Party general secretary Amar Singh.

Singh’s both kidneys had collapsed and he was admitted to a hospital in Singapore for a transplant.

Expressing his concern for the politician, Bachchan said that he’s going to be with Singh until he recovers completely.

“Amar Singh ji has been a most sincere, steadfast and incredibly caring friend,” Bachchan said.

“I consider him to be a part of my family and I shall be with him till he has sufficiently recovered to return back home.

“It will be the least that I shall be able to do for him,” he added.

Coroner’’s investigators have completed post-mortem tests on Michael Jackson but the results are being kept under wraps, authorities said.

Police officials probing into the King of Pop’s death requested that facts about what killed Jackson remain under a security hold while detectives investigate the events leading up to the pop icon’’s death, the Los Angeles County coroner’’s office said.

Neither the coroner’’s office nor the Police Department would indicate when the results might be made public, reports The BBC.

Jackson died June 25 after his personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, found him not breathing in bed.

Meanwhile, a plan to release a film based on the singer’’s last rehearsals in Los Angeles for his series of concerts at the O2 arena in London has been approved by a Los Angeles judge.

MJ’s autopsy results sealed

American singer Stefani Germanotta, a.k.a. Lady Gaga, has been invited by PETA to pose in the buff for their iconic ‘Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur’ ad campaign.

Lady Gaga, 23, had showed up for an interview recently wearing a coat made of plush Kermit the Frogs.

“I really loved this one . . . because I thought it was [a] commentary on not wearing fur, ‘cause I hate fur and I don’t wear fur,” the New York Post quoted her as telling Ryan Seacrest.

Her revelation prompted PETA’s Dan Mathews to ask her to join the likes of Eva Mendes, Christy Turlington and Pamela Anderson in posing for them.
