Michael Jackson’’s father Joe has been reportedly permitted to go through the King of Pop’’s medical records by a Los Angeles court.
The judge in the court ruled that Joe Jackson is entitled to view the medical records.
However, he has access to only those records made at UCLA Medical Center on the day his son died.
Joe had requested the court to let him see the medical records, so that he could determine if anyone was to blame for the ”Thriller” hitmaker’’s death.
The administrators of Jackson’’s estate had initially lodged an objection with the court, reports Contactmusic.
They had claimed Joe was not entitled to the papers because he was not a dependent of his son.

Late actor Patrick Swayze’s widow Lisa Niemi is reportedly planning to sell the California ranch where the ‘Ghost’ star had passed away.
Swayze had lost his battle with pancreatic cancer in September last year, and he had passed away at the remote California residence with family by his side.
According to the National Enquirer, Niemi is now selling off the property, purchased by the couple for 1.3 million pounds in 1984, and will relocate to the ranch she shared with the actor in New Mexico.
“The ranch holds a lot of good memories for Lisa of her life with Patrick, but she is having a hard time continuing to live in the house where he died,” the Daily Express quoted a source as saying.

Colin Farrell has been asked to pay fine after getting busted for over speeding in Bath.
The actor was caught driving Range Rover at 45 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone in the early hours of the day.
He was to appear at Bath Magistrates Court to face two charges, the speeding offence and failing to provide information to identify himself as the driver of the car.
He has sent a letter of apology, as he could not show up for the hearing.
“I sincerely apologise for not having responded to the original notice of intended prosecution as the initial notice and further correspondence in regard to the speeding offence were delivered to Ealing Studios,” the Daily Star quoted him as saying the letter.
He added: “I am, and have been, residing in the United States and therefore have not received or been aware of the information regarding this offence.
“The Range Rover was registered at the company address and therefore the correspondence was delivered there. I look forward to resolving this matter with the court’’s assistance and once again apologise for the lapse in correspondence due to the mishandling of address material by the production company at Ealing Studios.”
Farrell needs to pay a fine of 60 pounds in the next 21 days apart from pay 35 pounds in costs and 15 victim pounds surcharge.
