Remember the contestant Bret Michaels who had suffered from brain hemorrhage on April 21, at his these tough moments of life; he tended towards Kristi Gibson, his girlfriend.

Pete Evick, a good friend and Michaels’s guitarist said that surely Bret is a hero for the world but for that hero, in his personal life it is his girlfriend Kristi who saved his life.

Michaels has two daughters with the lady i.e. Raine who is 9 years old, and Jorja who is just 5. The lady did not lose her temper in such scary condition and stayed calm and told the PEOPLE that she knows when Michaels blood sugar goes low and she freaks out, he too freaks out, so it was better for him that the lady remains calm.

Michaels, 47, was taken to the St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix via ambulance when it was unveiled in a CAT scan at the nearby Scottsdale, Ariz., emergency room that there was bleeding in his brain. During the way to hospital, Gibson held his hand tight and said that she is not going to leave his side and things will grow back to normal again. The lady said that Michaels eyes told the pain he was going through and she badly wanted to take all the pain of him.
